Fire tender for the voluntary fire station Neos Voutzas
This fire station is located in midst of the area hit by the deadly wildfire in July 2018, costing more than hundred people’s lives. Our subsequent call for donations has allowed us to acquire and transfer this jewel from the city of Bergisch Gladbach.
This MAN is now 24 years old, with a capacity of 4800 liters of water and 500 liters of foam. The powerful pump delivers 2400L/min at 8 bar making it a powerful tool whenever a fire must be put out. Further equipment allows the fire station to address traffic accidents.
This fire truck allows the station to further respond to emergencies and serve as a prime example to voluntary engagement in the area.
Big thanks go out to the many private sponsors, associations and companies who have supported this project!
